W. Wesley Neville

W. Wesley Neville, 82, of Du Quoin, passed away at 6:10 P.M., Thursday, December 12, 2002 at Fair Acres Nursing Home in Du Quoin.
Wesley was a retired plumbing contractor.  He was a member of First Baptist Church of Du Quoin, Du Quoin American Legion, and Plumbers and Pipefitters Local 160.  He was Rotary Club Citizen of the Year in 1983 and a Boy Scout Leader for twenty-one years.  He was a US Navy veteran of W.W.II.
He was born September 16, 1920 at Makanda, IL, the son of J. Wesley and Katie (Rendelman) Neville.
He married Junietta P. Pugh on September 21, 1946 at Du Quoin, IL and she survives.
He is survived by one son - David Neville of McComb, IL, two daughters - Elaine Scruggs and husband Gary of Du Quoin, and Earlene Neville of Du Quoin, and one sister - June Page and husband Russell of Forsythe, IL.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Funeral services were at 2:30 P.M., Sunday, December 15, 2002 at the Searby Funeral Home in Du Quoin with Rev. Bob Dickerson and Rev. Charles Smith officiating.
Friends called from 5 to 8 P.M., Saturday at the Searby Funeral Home.
Interment was in the Sunset Memorial Park.
